Pro Vision Hockey Academy and the Knoxville Jr. Ice Bears Organization are committed to providing a positive and fulfilling experience for all participants in our sports programs. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require participants to withdraw from the program. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following refund policy: Cancellation by Organizer: In the event that Pro Vision Hockey Academy cancels a sports program for any reason, participants will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid. Participant Withdrawal: If a participant withdraws from the program before the start date, they may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the timing of the withdrawal and any costs incurred by the organizer. Participants withdrawing after the program has commenced may be eligible for a partial refund, determined based on the number of sessions attended and any costs incurred by the organizer. Refund Request Procedures: Participants must submit a written refund request to info@provisionhockeyacademy.com specifying the reason for withdrawal. Refund requests must be submitted 7 days prior to program start, and requests received after this date may not be honored. Documentation, such as a medical certificate or proof of relocation, may be required to support refund requests. Partial Refunds: A portion of the program fee may be non-refundable to cover administrative expenses, facility rentals, or other costs incurred by Pro Vision Hockey Academy Any non-refundable portion of the program fee will be clearly communicated to participants at the time of registration. Special Circumstances: Participants facing extenuating circumstances, such as military deployment or unforeseen emergencies, may request special consideration for a refund. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be at the discretion of Pro Vision Hockey Academy Refund Processing: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days following the receipt of the refund request and any required documentation. To ensure clarity and compliance with Tennessee state laws, the following refund policy has been established. By enrolling in our programs, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms. 1. Cancellations by Pro Vision Hockey Academy If Pro Vision Hockey Academy cancels a program before its start date, all participants will receive a full refund of any fees paid. If cancellation occurs after the program has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the number of remaining sessions and administrative costs incurred. 2. Participant Withdrawal Prior to Program Start Date: Participants who withdraw more than 20 business days before the program start date are eligible for a partial refund. A non-refundable administrative fee of $100 will apply to cover processing and administrative expenses. After Program Start Date: No refunds will be issued after the program has started, except in cases of documented extenuating circumstances as outlined below. Participants withdrawing due to voluntary reasons or dissatisfaction will not be eligible for a refund. 3. Rescheduling: The Renter will be offered the opportunity to reschedule the session at a mutually agreed-upon time at no additional charge, depending on availability. 4. Refund Processing Time Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used by the Renter. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account after approval. 5. Partial Refunds If the Renter is unable to use the ice session due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., illness, emergency), partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Academy Membership
Pro Vision Hockey Academy Membership Refund Policy By purchasing a Pro Vision Hockey Academy Membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund and cancellation terms: Membership Fees All membership payments are non-refundable once processed. Membership benefits, discounts, and access become active immediately upon enrollment. Monthly Memberships Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Members will continue to have access to membership benefits through the end of the active billing cycle. Annual Memberships Annual memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time, injuries, schedule conflicts, relocation, or changes in participation. Programs and Lesson Discounts Membership discounts applied toward private lessons, camps, clinics, sharpening services, or other academy offerings hold no cash value and cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases. Facility and Schedule Changes Pro Vision Hockey Academy reserves the right to adjust schedules, instructors, ice times, programming formats, or membership benefits as needed throughout the year. These changes do not qualify for refunds. Suspension or Termination Memberships may be suspended or terminated without refund for: Unsafe behavior Abuse toward staff, coaches, officials, or participants Failure to follow facility policies Non-payment of membership fees Weather, Ice, or Mechanical Issues Temporary closures, maintenance issues, weather interruptions, or unforeseen facility circumstances do not qualify for refunds or credits. Billing Authorization By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize Pro Vision Hockey Academy to automatically process recurring payments using the payment method on file until canceled by the member.
