Pro Vision Hockey Academy Refund Policy Pro Vision Hockey Academy is dedicated to delivering high-quality sports programs for our participants. Learn To Play Hockey
Program Refund Policy Pro Vision Hockey Academy is committed to providing a positive and fulfilling experience for all participants in our sports programs. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require participants to withdraw from the program. Private Lessons
At Pro Vision Hockey Academy, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our programs and services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. Ice Rental
Thank you for choosing Pro Vision Hockey Academy for your ice rental needs. We aim to provide the best service possible, and we understand that plans can sometimes change. Please review our refund policy below for details on how we handle cancellations and refunds for the 50-minute ice rental session. 1. General Refund Policy Once the payment for the ice rental service has been processed and the session is confirmed, all sales are final. However, refunds may be issued under certain circumstances as outlined below. 2. Cancellation by Renter If the Renter decides to cancel the ice rental session, the following refund policy applies: Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be received by the Provider at least [Insert number of hours/days] before the scheduled session time. If the Provider needs to cancel the session: Full Refund: The Renter will receive a full refund of the rental fee if the session is canceled by the Provider. Rescheduling: The Renter will be offered the opportunity to reschedule the session at a mutually agreed-upon time at no additional charge, depending on availability. 4. Refund Processing Time Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used by the Renter. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account after approval. 5. Partial Refunds If the Renter is unable to use the ice session due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., illness, emergency), partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be requested to support such claims. 6. No Refunds After Service Has Started No refunds will be issued once the 50-minute ice session has commenced. If the Renter is dissatisfied with the service provided during the session, the Provider will work with the Renter to address the issue, but no monetary refund will be granted after the session has started. 7. Refund Requests Due to Service Issues If the Renter believes that the Provider has failed to deliver the ice as agreed (e.g., incorrect quantity, late delivery), the Renter must contact the Provider within 24 hours after the session has ended. The Provider will review the issue and, at its discretion, offer a resolution, which may include a partial refund or rescheduling. Thank you for choosing Pro Vision Hockey Academy for your gym rental needs. We aim to provide the best service possible, and we understand that plans can sometimes change. Cancellation by Provider The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the ice rental session in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events (e.g., weather-related issues, equipment failure, or emergency situations). If the Provider needs to cancel the session: Full Refund: The Renter will receive a full refund of the rental fee if the session is canceled by the Provider. Rescheduling: The Renter will be offered the opportunity to reschedule the session at a mutually agreed-upon time at no additional charge, depending on availability. 4. Refund Processing Time Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used by the Renter. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account after approval. 5. Partial Refunds If the Renter is unable to use the Gym Rental due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., illness, emergency), partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be requested to support such claims. 6. No Refunds After Service Has Started No refunds will be issued once the Gym Rental has commenced. If the Renter is dissatisfied with the service provided during the session, the Provider will work with the Renter to address the issue, but no monetary refund will be granted after the session has started. 7. Pro Vision Hockey Academy Membership Refund Policy This Membership Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Pro Vision Hockey Academy (the “Academy”) will issue refunds to members. The Academy abides by Tennessee state laws, including the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act and the Tennessee Health Club Act of 1995, to ensure fair business practices. 1. Cancellation and Refund Rights Members have the right to cancel their membership under specific circumstances outlined below. The Academy will issue refunds in accordance with state laws governing service contracts. 2. Refund Eligibility Refunds will be provided in the following situations: Cancellation within 3 Business Days Members may cancel their membership within three (3) business days of signing the membership agreement for a full refund of any payments made. The cancellation notice must be submitted in writing to the Academy’s management. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Relocation If a member permanently relocates more than 50 miles from the Academy’s facility and cannot reasonably access the Academy’s services, they may cancel their membership. A prorated refund will be provided based on the remaining term of the membership. Proof of relocation is required (e.g., utility bill, lease agreement). Medical Reasons A member who becomes physically unable to use the Academy’s services for a prolonged period may request a cancellation with a prorated refund of unused services. A doctor’s note stating the medical condition and duration of the inability to participate is required.
