Bryan Hince

Owner / GM

Bryan is a native of Kapuskasing, Ontario Canada. He has had an extensive playing career including NCAA Hockey and Professional Hockey. Bryan’s professional hockey experiences include time playing with the Connecticut Whale, Cincinnati Cyclones, Idaho Steelheads, San Fransisco Bulls, Greenville Road Warriors and the Knoxville Ice Bears. In 2015, while playing for the Presidents Cup Champion Knoxville Ice Bears Bryan was named post season MVP among other accolades. Bryan has been coaching and Instructing youth hockey for over 20 years. Bryan is the Owner of Pro Vision Hockey Academy & President of the Knoxville Jr. Ice Bears organization dedicating his time to youth hockey development in Knoxville TN.

Jesse Schultz

Skills Coach

Jesse Schultz was born and raised in Strasbourg, Saskatchewan Canada. His love for the game of hockey, and hard work propelled him into a pro career spanning 19 seasons and over 1100 games. He has played in various leagues around the world including the NHL, AHL, DEL, and Allsvenskan. Jesse joins our team at Pro Vision hockey Academy as a skills coach & Player Mentor.

Kenny Richter

Kenny Richter recently graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Accounting. He spent the last two seasons playing for the Ice Vols, where he averaged over a point per game as a defenseman. His outstanding performance earned him a selection to the second team all-conference and a spot in the league's all-star game in Fort Lauderdale. Growing up in the Knoxville hockey community, he played youth hockey and joined various travel teams in the Atlanta area, including being part of a national championship team in 2019. Previously, he worked part-time at Pro Vision, but he now joins our team full-time while studying for the CPA exam. Additionally, he will be serving as an assistant coach for the D3 Ice Vols this upcoming season.
